Ooh excellent. I should get to hear them at Oli's. Neither the Ektas nor Arkes are likely to stay. Even if the Ektas work well in Oli's room they're coming back with me for some new internal wiring - bet you can't guess what?! The Arkes will also come back on the same day, as I'll need them soon after for more demos. It's a two hour drive, so not easy to pop back and collect them. Perhaps meassage Oli and join us? Which are you most interested in hearing? The Arkes could be left if you want to borrow them? They may still undergo more tweaks depending on the next few weeks listening sessions. |

Oh my giddy aunt. I had a quick listen to the smaller and larger speakers taken over to Oli's and all I can say is wow!
The smaller ones have been modified a little and fully run in and for small speakers are phenomenal.
The Ektas are next level. That's all that really needs to be said. Whatever you have heard at realistic prices are lower level.
I absolutely NEED a pair of these, the balance, the heft, the resolution, the finish are all just stunning.
